• We request a credit card number to reserve a spa service valued at $50 or more.
   
• We request a 24 hour notice for the cancellation of a single service and 48 hour notice for Swedish miracle, parafango, and multiple services. Cancellations with less than the required notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. "No Shows" will be charged the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
   
• If you are late for your treatment, treatment time will be reduced in order to finish on schedule.
